Kristin Collins joined the company in 2010. Since then, she has served as the company's managing director, associate artistic director and is now in charge of casting. Kristin has appeared onstage as Elizabeth Sawyer (2023 Non-Equity Jeff Nomination, supporting actor) in Witch, Margarita in Dying For It, Kari in The Pavilion, Eleanor/Esme in Rock 'n Roll, Hester Swane in The Bog of Cats, and Miss Lucy in Sweet Bird of Youth among others. Other theatre credits include Hand To God (understudy, peformed, Victory Gardens), Barbecue (Strawdog Theatre as part of  Steppenwolf's Looking Out series), Lips Together, Teeth Apart (Eclipse Theatre), Boy Gets Girl (Jeff nomination), Vieux Carre and Dating Walter Dante (Raven Theatre).
